“Trigo was interested in pursuing new PR activities that would promote our thought-leadership with press and analysts. Trainer Communications created a plan to implement a web-based survey that would allow us to easily access eCommerce experts and solicit their useful feedback which we then promoted to the press. There was a substantial ROI benefit as well. The eCommerce survey resulted in 20 valid customer leads - 6 of which were 'hot'. In addition, we received 9 press and analyst hits. The value of this program was very high to us.”
